I read an article on Yahoo that I cannot find now, but it was talking about how to get your skin super soft, so I decided to give it a try. They said that plain 100% safflower oil is the way to go. So I went to the market and got a bottle of 100% safflower oil for less than $5.
They said to just rub the oil into your skin and let it soak in but here is what I do: I put the oil into a squirt bottle and keep it in the shower. After I'm all done washing up, I take the oil and rub it into my skin all over. Then I rinse of any excess. This way, the oil helps keep the moisture in your skin that it gets from the shower water as well. Towel off by blotting your skin with the towel rather than rubbing your skin so you keep the oil on. The oil will soak in to your skin fairly quickly.
I seriously swear by this. My skin has never been softer. Its cheap, the oil has no smell at all and it works like a charm. Safflower oil is full of Vitamin E which is really great for your skin. Vitamin E also helps heap scars and things like that too.
If you have sensitive skin this should not cause any reactions. However, if you are worried about it or afraid to try it on your whole body, just try it on your legs after shaving. The difference is amazing!

Wow Tink. I might have to try that. Does it leave you greasy feeling? That would be my only concern. If not, I'm all for cheaper ways of doing the same thing.

It doesn't leave me feeling greasy the way I use it. The little oil that is left on the skin after the shower soaks in pretty fast. Id say about as fast as a good lotion does after a shower. It really is worth a try! I love it! ;D

Just a little note... If you use it in the shower, make sure you are drying off with a towel you dont really care about that much. After a while, the towel will get oily. Id guess after about 30 to 50 showers using the oil. The towel is still usable, but after a lot of use it does get a little gross LOL.
And Greeny this will do wonders for your razor legs LOL ;D
